METHODS OF ASSESSING THE " ATTRACTIVENESS" OF THE UNIVERSITY ON THE BASIS OF DESIGN FORESIGHT

Abstract

The article presents the author's method of estimating the “ attractiveness” of the university on the basis of design foresight and expertise integral index. Recent changes in legislative and regulatory documents led to a decrease in the index of “ attractiveness” of the regional university. The situation involves the introduction of emergency and urgent actions from the leadership of the regional university. The allocation of the integral indicator and approbation of foresight predict indicate the necessity of the introduction of the modern University “breakthrough” strategy.
