Abstract

The article describes an evolutionary approach to the study of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility of business. The authors covers the complexity, multidimensionality, content, and significance of the concepts of corporate ethics and responsibility in business trade. Substantial problems category of responsibility in the ethical, legal, and economic doctrines of the Russian and foreign researchers are revealed.
