Abstract

The paper deals with up-to-date concepts of today, defines the ontology proceeded from the subject, the author makes an attempt to distinguish two interpretations of the term modernity: modernity as a time period and modernity as a subjective experience. In the latter interpretation modernity is defined as a cornerstone of social matrix.
