ELECTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CRISIS: REGIONAL SCENARIO

Abstract

On the basis of the statistical data and the results of sociological research the article considers and analyzes the process of rising tide of crisis phenomena and their interrelation with electoral activity and also with political positioning of the voting public during elections to the regional parliaments. The author suggests the conception of possible scenarios during elections and gives an estimation to the scenarios realized in eleven regions where regional parliaments were elected.
