Abstract

The article considers peculiarities of financial support of small business in the Russian Federation on the basis of using tools of guaranteeing credit exposure. The author defines the problems and ways of forming national guarantee system. Special attention is given to the necessity of developing tools of guaranteeing on the municipal level.
