SOCIAL MANAGEMENT IN A TURBULENT SOCIETY: ASPECTS OF SECURITY AND RISK

Abstract

The article considers the main characteristics of the concept “turbulent society”. The author analyzes peculiarities of managing security and risk in the frame of four approaches system, synergetic, phenomenological and cognitive. The author suggests the approach to managing risk and security based on everyday practice of providing security.
