STRATEGIC PRIORITIES OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TYUMEN REGION

Abstract

The article is aimed at searching grounds for choosing priorities of innovative development of Tyumen region in the context of global intention to steady development. The author points out both specific regional problems of social and economic development and connected with them fundamental problems typical of world economy in general. The author formulates basic conditions for steady long-term social and economic development and possible ways of their realization. The author suggests priorities in innovative development of Tyumen region taking into account scenario forecasts of world and national economies and strategic programs of developing energy industry.
