PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION: THE PROBLEM OF MANAGEMENT AND SELF-MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes the main approaches to education management formed in the philosophic and pedagogical thought, reveals peculiarities of objective and subjective paradigms from the viewpoint of a student’s place and role in organizing a process of education management; the author reveals a problem of transition from education management to self-management including synergetic approach.
