DIRECTIVITY OF EVOLUTIONAL PROCESSES AND GUIDANCE

Abstract

Scientifically grounded setting of goals of managing complicated natural and social processes is possible if taking into consideration principles of the world development. To point out these principles it is necessary to specify the main stages of this development. The reason chosen for classifying the stages of the world evolutionary development is a form of matter interrelations. On the basis of analyzing forms of matter interrelations the author suggests his own classification of different forms of directivity of developing processes in wildlife and inanimate nature. The leading role in the world evolutionary development is given to two forms of manifesting directivity partly closed circular directivity and systemic directivity. They have complicated structure consisting of six levels. In general circular directivity leads to the world development, systemic leads to its structuring and conservation. Considering principles of the world development will help not only to raise effectiveness of managing complicated natural and social systems but to pass to the guided development of a society through managing the reasons of directivities with the help of forcing the necessary tendencies to principles and reducing negative principles to tendencies.
