The authors outline the conception of triple determination of criminal behavior. It depends on hereditary background, social environment and personal origin a person's free will and his mind. Heredity influence is manifested in the form of criminal makings of more or less susceptibility to aggressive actions. The degree of implementing these makings is determined by the conditions of upbringing. Free will based on the analysis of existential situation can resist and neutralize inner aggressive impulses connected both with heredity and life conditions being that very governing factor of a man's behavior. Diagnostics of the degree of susceptibility to criminal behavior is necessary to work out psychotherapeutic correction of actions for people with genotype deviances, to exercise personal self-control blocking impulses of aggression and to form ways of education preventing activation of criminal propensities.Downloads
