The article analyzes the problem of defining the subject of law and his status. In jurisprudence the subject of law is a holder of rights and duties, i.e. participant of legal relations. Lawyers consider any legal problematics in the sense of legal relations. The problem of analyzing the role and place of the subject of law is left for the legal philosophy to understand. It is characteristic of philosophic and legal study to draw out the nature and peculiarities of this notion. In our viewpoint the subject of law should combine both juridical and philosophic and legal characteristics.Downloads
