PERMANENT MODERNITY: SOCIAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article reveals the notion of permanent modernity through its two main levels: the level of Cartesian subject where permanent modernity exists as a way of reflection der Geist seiner Zeit (“spirit of the age” according to Hegel) and obtains its ontological grounds and the level of social on which there occurs abruption of commonness, polylogue of multitude and as a result there appears a new cultural/civilizational matrix.
