REGULATING SOCIAL LABOR RELATIONS OF A REGION IN THE CONTEXT OF CYCLIC DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the state of social labor relations of a region in the context of cyclic dynamics of development of national economy. The article presents the structure of the regional social labor sphere. The authors analyze the main factors influencing the development of social labor relations in regions of the Russian Federation. The dynamics of social labor conflicts and the causes of their arising are analyzed. The authors make a conclusion about the necessity to strengthen the role of state and municipal authorities in the sphere of labor and considering factors of development of social labor relations in regions of the Russian Federation in the current environment.
