SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AS A MECHANISM OF FORMING DECENT WORK (AS EXEMPLIFIED BY MARI EL REPUBLIC)

Abstract

On the basis of Conventions and Recommendations of International Labor Organization the authors points out forms and methods of social partnership, its role in forming decent labor and social security. Priorities and problems of solving social aspects among employed citizens are pointed out. The authors define measures aimed at increasing effectiveness of all parties of social partnership: a state, trade unions and employers in creating decent conditions and payment; the authors suggest their authorial variant of institutional environment as a form of stability of a society in modern contradictory world.
