STRATEGY OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AS A PRIORITY OF DEVELOPING RUSSIAN SOCIETY

Abstract

The author analyzes the guidelines of the new Strategy of national security of the Russian Federation which characterize transformations of the threats for the Russian Federation existence. The author makes a conclusion that in the given situation not only modernization of the Armed Forces and creation of modern samples of armament come to the foreground but also consolidation of the Russian society, strengthening national accord, providing political and social stability, activating the activity of power bodies to provide rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation, providing them with decent life level.
