In the article the analysis of some spiritual practices of self-knowledge, based on the method of phenomenological reduction is given. The paper characterizes the features of these practices: the methods of “purification” (expansion) of consciousness, freedom from mental, verbal and behavioral stereotypes. The author notes that for implementing the practices of phenomenological reduction a constant voltage of existential potential is required, and in methodological aspect for cognitive activities directed at studying consciousness, it is necessary along with epistemological criteria, to develop a number of axiological criteria of this activity.Downloads
