REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE HUMAN CAPITAL: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The paper provides an overview of implications of methodological individualism principles (in terms of theory of human capital, behavioristic sociology) to regional-based analysis; region is seen as collective social subject that provides ground for a complex analysis for emerging of region-specific innovative human capital; the analysis determines its developmental features in terms of educational institution, application in terms of economical institution and management in terms of politics institution.
