HUMAN POTENTIAL OF THE REGION: THE PROBLEM OF REPRODUCTION, CONSERVATION AND USE

Abstract

The article discloses the role and the content of the reproduction and civilized use of human potential in the framework and by means of the region. It observes transformation of aims, motives and ideology of social partnership of regional authority, business and family, as social institutes in realization of active demographic policy. On the basis of some case studies, realized by the author in 1999-2012 in the Central and Southern Ural social-economic needs, value orientation and motivation of demographic behavior of families is analyzed. Contradictions and potential opportunities of the state and business in improvement of quality and quantity rates of "immediate life production" in the region are revealed.
