Abstract

The essential features of engaging new innovative technologies in the management of human resources and the HR-management doctrine as a conceptual basis of the innovative activities in this sphere are dealt with. The conditions of a successful transfer (movement) of HR-technologies into the sphere of state and municipal services are demonstrated.
