Abstract

This article provides an analysis of Fredric Jameson’s concept of political subjectivity within the Sartrean origins. It is an attempt to juxtapose and connect Sartre’s ideas on freedom and imagination with Jameson’s concept of cognitive mapping as a political strategy.
