INFLUENCE OF INTERGENERATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE FAMILY ON WORKING PRACTICE OF TEENAGERS: EXPERIENCE OF EMPIRIC RESEARCH

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of generation relationships in a modern family, experiencing the influence of processes taking place in internal and external environment of modern Russian society. On the bases of the empiric results obtained the authors define the attitude of teenagers’ parents and experts towards engaging of teenagers in working activity in the frame of organized forms on the school basis. The authors give data about real engagement of teenagers living in Ural towns of different types (Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions) in different kinds of household duties. The article presents opinions of elderly people about fathers and sons conflict, their influence on forming teenagers’ life orientation.
