Abstract

In 2013, along with the already well-functioning system of manning the Armed Forces in wartime among citizens in reserve, a fundamentally new scheme for the preparation of mobilization manpower formed on a voluntary fee was launched. Currently, the system of financial support are not fully formed, monetary supply of citizens in reserve, acting military service was not complexly analyzed.
