Abstract

The article analyzes political and social processes connected with the elections held 13 September, 2015 in Russia and Chelyabinsk region, and also their modern format as a background of an initiate deputy election campaign to the State Duma. The author considers groups of the main risks and their influence on the political regime of modern Russia.
