Abstract

Formation of the economy of postindustrial type is connected with transforming structure and forms of capital accumulation. The article deals with the methods of evaluating criteria of regional capital accumulation on the basis of applying tools of spatial benchmarking; the authors reveal the expanded functional orientation of the method.
