PROGRAMMED AND TARGET MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS ON THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract

The article presents the comparative analysis of national programs for developing small and medium business of regions of Ural federal district (Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and Kurgan regions). The author gives characteristics to trends and tools for realizing regional policy, amount of financing to support business, interim and final results of realizing regional programs. The author makes a conclusion about the necessity to evaluate the effectiveness of realizing national programs for supporting business with the aim of improving the activity of authorities towards ensuring a favorable environment for business.
