EVALUATING DISPOSITION OF REPRODUCTIVE LABOR IN PROBLEMATICS OF LABOR ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the statement of the problem of disposition of reproductive labor, realized in the sphere of labor activity in connection with child birth, care, bringing up, socialization and professionalization. The authors consider the essence, kinds, the main causes and sources of the phenomenon of parental labor disposition. Two levels of disposition of reproductive labor are identified. The authors suggest innovative models of overcoming forms of labor disposition in economics and society.
