Abstract

The author conducts a critical analysis of the monograph by S.D. Bodrunov “Noonomy.” The author’s concept of a “new industrial society” is investigated from political and economic aspects. The weakness of the theoretical and institutional basis of the proposed concept of transition to a centrally planned economy based on digitalization is shown.
